About the Steaming Bean Coffee Company
The Steaming Bean Coffee Compay has provided coffee to the San Juans and beyond since 1991, our small roastery is located in Telluride, CO at 8,750ft above sea level. Our roasters, RC Gartrell and Doug Jones roast coffees daily from Mon - Fri and encourage one and all to visit and cup some coffees! We endeavor to buy from small farms that produce coffees sustainably and while much of our coffee is either Fair-Trade or Organic we also roast some of the finest coffees in the world which are not hampered by either of those certifications.
